Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance, at a cadence we agree on, based on your goals, treatment needs, and our mutual availability. Payments for each appointment will be made through Jane or Headway by debit or credit card or ACH transfer.

You may cancel appointments in advance without charge if change is made 24 hours prior.

Late/same-day cancellations will have a $20 charge.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and considered a missed appointment at the therapist’s discretion.

Clients understand that if you miss an appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to card on file.
