While a psychological evaluation can provide powerful support for your immigration case, please note that the evaluator cannot guarantee the outcome of your case. Even so, these evaluations are often a key component in the immigration process.
Reports are typically 10–20+ pages in length and are customized to address the specific questions relevant to your situation. Standard completion time for an evaluation and report is about 10 to 14 days, depending on urgency.
Evaluations are available in English and Spanish. If another language is needed, clients must arrange for their own interpreter.

Most clients only require a single session lasting about three hours. In some cases, one or two additional sessions may be recommended to ensure the evaluation is thorough and accurate.

After your evaluation session, it typically takes seven to ten business days to complete and deliver your report. If you need the report sooner, an expedited option is available and can be completed within three to five business days for an additional fee.

Yes, we are able to send your report directly to your legal representative. A signed release of information is required before we can do so.

If you are a Texas resident, you may complete your session virtually. If you prefer an in-person appointment, you are welcome to come to our office for your session.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for immigration evaluations. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $150 fee. A missed appointment without notice (no-call/no-show) will be charged $250.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, the session cannot be completed, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. In this case, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply.
All fees will be charged to the card on file. Please note that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and may not be able to be filled on short notice.
